The exhibition presents a comic-book interpretation of the famous play King Ubu. The original boards and illustrations show how a theatre classic flows into the language of comics.

Temporary exhibitions complement the permanent collections with new perspectives on literature, illustration and theatre. Župančič was also a dramaturge and a translator of theatre classics, which makes the house a natural meeting place for words, the stage and images.
