These terms govern the use of the Oton Župančič Memorial House website and the basic rules for visits, bookings and registrations. The website is operated by the public institution Bela Krajina Development and Information Centre, which also manages the Memorial House.

Use of the website
The content of the website is for information purposes only. The operator strives to ensure that the published information is accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee that it is complete at all times. Opening hours, prices and the programme may change; visitors can also obtain current information by phone or email.

Tickets and visits
Visitors buy their tickets on arrival, on site. Current prices are published on the Admission page and at the point of sale. Online ticket sales are not available.
Visitors must follow the instructions of staff and the house rules. Museum objects may not be touched, except where this is expressly intended.
Group bookings, guided tours and experiences
Guided tours, educational programmes and experiences take place by prior booking. Bookings can be made by phone, by email or via the form on the Contact page. A booking is confirmed once the operator confirms it by phone or email.
If a group cannot attend at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the slot to others.
Events
Information about events is published in the events calendar. Registration in advance is required for events with a limited number of places. The operator reserves the right to change the programme, date or venue of an event or to cancel it; registered participants will be notified of any changes, which will also be published on the website.
Photographs and recordings may be taken at events, which the operator uses to inform the public about its work. More in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
The operator is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, from any errors in its content or from the temporary unavailability of the website.
The website contains links to websites of other operators. The operator is not responsible for their content or for how they handle personal data.
Personal data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies by the Cookies page. The accessibility of the website is described in the Accessibility Statement.
Dispute resolution and final provisions
We accept comments and complaints at zupancic.vinica@ric-belakrajina.si. We strive to resolve any disagreements amicably. Relationships governed by these terms are subject to the law of the Republic of Slovenia.
The operator may change or supplement these terms at any time. Changes take effect on the day they are published on the website.
